- Due to the large number VIP guests, we have completely used up our allocation of complementary tickets for the Abu Dhabi-GCC Health and Development Investment Forum. As this is a not-for-profit event and we only have limited sponsorship, we have to charge all attendees the registration fee. Please note that for security reasons, we will not be able to allow people who are not registered to enter the venue. Payment facilities (cash and credit card) will be available at the venue. - The registration fee covers entrance to all sessions (including the Masterclasses), the conference hand-outs, coffee/refreshments breaks, lunches and evening receptions and dinners. The registration fee does not cover accommodation or local transportation.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations We encourage early registration as space is limited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can oblige the delegate to cancel participation. Cancellation is possible until April 20, 2009.
Substitutions We appreciate that following registration, you may be unable to attend and we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Substitution should be notified in writing (fax or e-mail) with mention of your original login and password before April 15, 2009, date at which the registration closes.
Accommodation We have pre-booked a block of rooms at surrounding hotels at very advantageous conference rates. Please contact Arnauts & Partners (see above) for rates and conditions.
Access to the Conference Abu Dhabi airport is most easily accessed by Etihad Airways, the official carrier for this conference. Transfers from the airport to your hotel or the conference can be arranged on your behalf. Please contact Arnauts & Partners.
Conference language The conference will be conducted in English. If available, simultaneous translation into Arabic will be provided. Every attempt will be made to accommodate participants from non-English speaking regions.
Payment
To take advantage of the various rates, payment must be received by the dates mentioned above. Full payment must be received prior to the event. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Registration confirmation
When registering online, a confirmation with login and password will be generated automatically as soon as the payment via credit card has been effected. The invoice will follow by email.
When booking per fax or per letter the confirmation with password and login will be generated within 3 days of the reception of the payment. The invoice will follow by mail.
Dietary requirements Vegetarian options will be available at the Forum, but please inform us if you have specific dietary requirements.
Privacy and data protection As a registered delegate your name and contact details will be mentioned on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (in the conference handouts and on a search facility on our website accessible by a password) for participants and partners to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. If you do not wish your details to be included on the delegate list then please contact Arnauts & Partners.
